"The cabin is cozy and clean. Bedrooms are in a loft with ladder access so if you are not up for that, especially when the bathroom is on the main level, it could be a challenge. It wasn't a big deal for me or my wife, just pointing it out. The property is at the base of the mountains and it is secluded. The property is "pet friendly" and we always stay in properties that are but the rules state that pets can not be in the loft or on furniture. Not very realistic especially when you pay a pet...

The only small complaint we world have is the overwhelming smell of the air freshener to cover up the septic smell I'm assuming. We had to unplug them all as they were to strong of a smell. "This property was gorgeous and easily accessible. Large enough for our big group of 13. There were extra beds still for 2 more. Great location to major hwy, shopping and dining. Robert was an awesome host. He made sure are stay was great. We did a lot of riding in the near by trails in divide and rainbow falls. It was nice to have plenty of showers for everyone. And 2 set of washer and dryers to get laundry clean from the day. Would stay again in a heartbeat!"

"We enjoyed the little cabin very much. It was a bit of a challenge at first to get things in place because it was so small, but we knew that when we reserved it. Close access to Pikes Peak and a lot of pretty small towns along the road. The host was very communicative and responded to my texts even at night. Hot tub time was limited by the weather, so no fault of the host, but we got some time in. I would recommend it highly."

"First time staying at a Kasa property. Very pleased with the cleanliness and condition of the unit. Would stay here again if back in the area. Although it didn’t matter to us because of the weather, we received notice that the pool was under repair on the day we arrived. It was clear the repairs were well underway and had not started that day. I would suggest notifying guests well in advance in case this feature is important to them, and they may want to change their plans. "
