This home embodies quintessential Colorado with its classic mountain chalet architecture. As soon as you arrive, you'll be captivated by the striking pitched roof, two-story-tall windows, and the upper-level deck that spans the entire front of the house. The property offers two floors of living space with separate exterior entrances. Both floors are connected indoors by a staircase. From the outside, the lower level is accessed through a curved pathway leading to the front door, while the second level can be reached by climbing a wide flight of exterior stairs that lead to the inviting deck, complete with two outdoor dining tables.

Upon entering the upper level, stepping from the deck into the living area, you'll be greeted by a breathtaking two-story cathedral ceiling adorned with knotty wood paneling, seemingly echoing the grandeur of the surrounding mountains. An entire wall of windows overlooks the deck and the picturesque mountain scenery beyond. Sink into the L-shaped sofa or one of the two chairs arranged around a large screen TV. The dining table provides seating for six, and a glass-paneled door leads to a back patio with a grill.

The kitchen boasts ample counter space and cabinetry, along with stainless steel appliances including a large refrigerator, full-size stove, dishwasher, and microwave. You'll appreciate the convenience of a coffee maker, toaster, toaster oven, utensils, spices, and chef's knives. The kitchen also includes a washer and dryer for added convenience.

Among the three bedrooms on the upper level, the largest comfortably sleeps two and features an en suite bathroom, sliding glass doors leading to the deck, and a TV. The second upper-level bedroom also accommodates two guests and provides sliding doors to the deck. The third bedroom sleeps two guests as well. An additional bathroom offers a spacious vanity with two sinks and a shower/tub combination.

On the open-concept lower level, a cozy TV viewing area awaits, complete with an electric piano for entertainment that will entice everyone to put away their smartphones. The kitchenette offers ample counter space and cabinets, a table with two chairs, a stove, microwave, double sink, coffee maker, toaster, and cooking utensils.

The lower-level sleeping quarters collectively accommodate up to 11 guests across three separate bedrooms. The first lower-level bedroom features a full-size bed and bunk beds for two. The second bedroom sleeps two guests, and finally, a large room ideal for families includes two sets of bunk beds – one with full-size beds both on the top and bottom, and the other with a full-size bed on the bottom and a twin-size bed on top. Downstairs guests share two well-appointed bathrooms, each equipped with a shower/tub combo, as well as a laundry room with a washer and dryer.
