Near quite a few beaches eg. crash boat beach, jobos beach (great for surfers, can be dangerous in some sections), and another we didn't get a chance to go to is survival beach (this one is a hike boots/sneakers required and may not be swimmable depending on time you go). "The gated property is well maintained with a nice pool in back, dedicated parking, and is right across the street from a very nice public beach. It is a short walk to the center of town and a short drive to many other things to do and see. Management was very responsive and helpful. The queen bed in the main bedroom was very comfy. The closets are full of beach things. The bunk beds are comfy and good for kids. The balcony is roomy and there is a washer/dryer too."

Although it’s not ultra modern, we quickly felt like we were at home, it was mostly comfortable for us (family of 4 with 2 adults and 2 kids) and clean both on the inside and out. "There are no words to describe how lovely this VRBO is. Clean!! First thing is the cleanliness that makes you feel at home and you don’t need to clean before relaxing. The serenity and peaceful setting takes every worry away. The pool was georgeous overlooking the Ocean. Could not have been at better location! We are looking forward to our next visit."

"We chose this property because it was close to our son and his family. We were hoping they would stay with us to give them a mini-vacation, but they did not want to sleep on a sofa bed. Kevin was very accommodating when we called him for some essentials (propane tank for grill) and brought what we asked for plus some grilling utensils.
