"This hotel was really nice and clean. The staff was nice. I noticed my itinerary said I have a resort credit. I don't know what that means and it didn't seem that they know what that means either? I don't know if that means something like I missed out on a chance for amenities like a credit towards food or something or if it means something else?"

"The staff was very nice and helpful. I thought it was tacky to have $2 price tags on the bottles water that were next to the coffee maker, and that the fridge wasn't turned on. I loved that the whirlpool was hot and the jets were strong. It's a very small pool, but I was able to enjoy it by myself."
