"If you are looking for just a room at a reasonable price, this is for you. The bathroom is very tiny and in need of a remodel. The bedroom and bath were both very clean. The bed was comfortable, but the pullout single bed is not at all. Most pullouts aren’t, but this goes to a new level. This unit was fine for myself for a couple of nites because I was looking for an inexpensive option. "My husband and I were visiting for our daughter's college graduation and had a busy weekend. It was conveniently located for all we had to do. The property manager Luke was very helpful and prompt. The space was very cute and clean."

"The property was clean, easy to access, and the host was easy to communicate with. The toilet didn’t work upon arrival, so we had maintenance in and out during our stay to fix it. There was also no fire pit in the backyard as is advertised in the photos in this listing."

"Our stay in Bear was very nice. The apartment was well stocked and very clean. The location was in a very nice neighborhood and my wife enjoyed jogging in the morning. Plenty of access to nearby grocery stores, restaurants and pharmacies/convenience stores. Uber trips to UD were also convenient and it was a 15-20 ride to campus. We would stay here again."

"We will would like to offer some constructive feedback on the unit. 1. The teflon skillet and spatula need to be replaced because the teflon is coming off in the pan and the spatula looks like it has been melted. Both are a health hazard. 2. The cabinet to the right of microwave is coming off its hinges and needs tightened. 3. The vent by the furnace is filthy and is caked with dust. 4. The lid to the garbage can is filthy. 5.
