"This is the nicest VRBO we've ever stayed in. It feels like it's just been remodeled. Very clean, stylish, perfect. We each had our own bedroom with its own ensuite bathroom. So convenient. The upstairs living room and rooftop patio were fantastic. I wish the weather had been better so we could sit outside. It's situated on a street with a lot of restaurants but it was surprisingly quiet at night. Great apartment. Looking forward to coming back!"

"The stay was very good. Everything was well-equipped, responsive owner, and accurate instructions for everything. Would happily stay again. Tons of shops, landmarks, and restaurants are all within walking distance. I would only say 1 ick was when we tried to use the washer & dryer one of them was not working properly at the time and there was no detergent provided to wash the clothes but other than that everything else was perfect! "We came to Philly for a volleyball tournament. This was the 2nd time renting here. It is walking distance to the venue. The Terminal market (I love) is with in walking distance. Tons of restaurants. A Trader Joe’s. Anything you need. We parked our car in the convenient parking lot and never moved it all weekend. Walking distance to history exhibits. Would highly recommend if you are staying in the area for something at the convention center. Cons. 3 flights of stairs to walk up. Not well...

Capital Hotles called and sent me the information which was amazing! I loved how secure the place was with 3 different codes to get into our bedroom. I felt very safe.
