"Glad to see Santa Cruz is updating and continuing to update. This hotel is in a prime location. It’s a nice and clean hotel. The staffs were friendly and very helpful. Parkings are limited. Our beach front view from our balcony was beautiful, minus the homeless tent in front us (on the beach sidewalk) and the homeless guys shooting up heroine. No worries. He left people a lone. "

"It's not every day you get to stay in a home that was built in 1895. Yes the floors are a bit slanted and the toilet is super low to the ground - it's all part of the charm. Easy walk to cute downtown Capitola. Super quiet neighborhood and well maintained property. Breakfast was brought to us at exactly the time we had requested. We will be back."

"Booked this property last min for a weekend getaway a week prior to arrival. Surprised by the 3 bed option in a 2 bedroom setup right across the way from the boardwalk! There are 2 queens with one full in spare bedroom that is like a cubic space with a window & mirror. Had a couple moveable end tables which was nice. The room itself was a good size & we didn’t feel on top of each other as much. Bathroom was clean but prepare to bring toiletries as they only offer a built foam hand wash & body...
