"We had a wonderful stay in the condo. Pictures and description are accurate — it is a clean, well kept, nicely appointed, comfortable condo with a balcony that has a lovely view overlooking Lake Hamilton. Check in/check out was easy and the owner was responsive and easy to deal with. Our only regret is that the screen door was stuck so we couldn’t keep the door to the balcony open to enjoy the fresh lakeside air — a very small regret, and we made good use of the balcony anyway. Thank you!"

"Property was just as described. Pictures do not do it justice. Deck was great for sunrise/sunsets. Saw deer, eagle and other wildlife. Property had everything you needed. Kitchen was well equipped for meal prep. Washer/dryer and spa tub were a big plus. Short drive to anything you wanted to do. Gated community was supper clean and quite. Will definitely rent again. Host were great to work with."

"Property is an old 4 plex. Had troubles with the code door locks. The only way to keep the entrance door closed was with the code lock. Cheap, simi modern furniture. Furniture was good condition. There were no curtains over the windows and the blinds are torn up. So no privacy in a downtown location. Had a great capsule style coffee maker, but no coffee capsules provided. There were used capsules in the back compartment of the coffee maker. The toilet had urinate still in it upon our arrival....

"My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Marie’s cottage. It exceeded our expectations. It was very clean, comfortable, and quiet. We are tall and stocky people, and the shower worked fine for us. We enjoyed the huge deck and watching the geese and boats. The bed was very comfortable. We had no issues and highly recommend this rental. We’d happily stay here again."
