Our fully remodeled, ground level, keyless entry, cozy condo has an immense unobstructed view of Lake Hamilton that is just exquisite, seen from the picturesque bay windows that stretch 16 feet across and can be viewed from the comforts of the Lazy-Boy recliner, leather sofa, dining table, or front porch chairs--just take your pick! Have a restful night's sleep on the king-sized electric, adjustable bed with a brand new Serta Perfect Sleeper mattress. We also have a queen size sleeper sofa pullout with a brand new mattress. The kitchen is equipped with all new Samsung stainless steel appliances. New basic cookware, utensils, dishes, silverware, and Char-Broil electric grill also provided. Condo features a tiled walk-in shower with bench seat; bath linens provided.

***Please be aware when booking that the annual Lake Hamilton drawdown starts on November 1, 2024. The water view is affected after this date and remains affected until the refill in March 2025. The lake is scheduled to be lowered 3ft.***

***Sunday thru Thursday night can be booked for one night. Friday and Saturday require a two night minimum reservation. Certain holidays may require a 3 night minimum reservation.***

This was our second stay at this condo. The location is right on the lake and so peaceful. Close enough to restaurants and activities if you choose but far enough away from town to have a relaxing getaway.

Host Amy was great to work with as life happened (meaning things didn’t go as planned) during my stay. I really like the properties she has chosen and feel confident when I book with her that I am getting an accurate description. The nature / lake view at this place was amazing and deeply relaxing. This property was absolutely what we were looking for. You can hear the water lapping on the boardwalk from the deck...we were so close to the water. Close enough to town for when we needed anything, but we were perfectly content to relax on the porch.

My husband and I enjoyed the Condo and the beautiful lake view right from the adjoining deck. Used the community pool, grilled our meals outside while sitting on the deck. Weather was perfect! Sunny and temps pleasant! We had all we needed at the condo and would recommend to anyone! Price was reasonable for a totally equipped place to stay!

Beautiful and serene

The view from the living room and veranda at this out of the way home are fantastic. We so much enjoyed sitting and watching boats and geese on the lake. Everything about the house was prepared for us to relax and enjoy ourselves. The owner is very thoughtful about what was provided.

Lovely condo right on the water

We absolutely love coming to Hot Springs. But the best part is staying at Farr Shores. This condo did not disappoint. So comfortable and relaxing. Nearly everything we need was provided. Comfortable bed and furniture. What a peaceful deck to enjoy the sounds of birds and watch the mist coming off the water in the mornings. I hope we can come back again soon!

Great layover for a long road trip

We enjoyed that the condo was far enough out in the country to experience the beautiful lakefront, sunsets and privacy and yet be close enough to town that we could find great restaurants, some shopping and live music. All we needed to bring was food and drink, Amy had the condo already for us to simply relax and enjoy. Thank you so much

The place looked exactly like the photos! Very clean. I felt like I was at home. About 15 minutes from town, which is what I was looking for, not in the hustle and bustle of things. Easy communication with Amy. I had a couple of questions and she quickly responded. Would 100% stay again.

Not much relaxin'

The bed was great, even the pillows were good, which is surprising. However, trying to watch TV on the couch was miserable, & napping on itt was painful. I don't think I've ever sat on a couch this low & I'm only 5'6". No communication with host at all. I tried to call the day we got there & sent a text when we left, with no response to either as of yet. We came home yesterday.

Prefect Get-a-way

The place was exactly as pictured & described. We stayed 3 nights and it was prefect for my family of 3. The whole place was very clean. Bedroom & Living room was roomy. The king size bed was very comfortable. They had lots of extra white bath towels. We didn't use but saw pool towels, bath robe & laundry detergent. It was the perfect scenery whether you're sitting inside the living room or outside patio. The back patio was very spacious - enjoyed the sunrise on the right and sunset on the left. You'll definitely get great pictures! My husband caught some bass right outside the back patio too! Grill worked great for our porkchops. Kitchen was small, enough for one person but that was all the space we needed. Basic pots & pans were provided with plenty of plates, bowls & silverware. There were plenty of coffee stuff and seasonings. We travel a lot and like to cook, so we usual buy & leave our seasonings behind for next guests. Some VRBO clean everything out and we're lucky if we find salt & pepper when we stay at a place, but this place had a rack full. We would definitely stay here again!

I really do hate to give a negative review, but I want to be honest. The condo was not what we expected. It is very dated. There has been water damage to the ceiling that has been fixed, but not painted. The carpet is stained. They have tried to update the bathroom/kitchen. It was done very poorly..from painting trim, tiling, flooring. It is not a five star or exceptional place in our opinion. That would entail pristine conditions. The walk way around the complex is a tad treacherous. The boards are uneven and some are popped up...you have to watch carefully where you are walking. We were very disappointed. The view is gorgeous.
