Enjoy your very own piece of Lake Hamilton in our cozy abode. Centrally-located so you can enjoy all of Hot Springs staples. Revel in your escape with your very own private million dollar lake view! Our top floor condo offers fantastic views of Lake Hamilton. Feel distance from the hustle and bustle despite being so close to downtown and local eateries.
(Oaklawn Race Track and Casino, Historic downtown “bathhouse row”, fantastic restaurants, Hot Springs National Park and walking trails, Mid America Science museum, and much more) are some the staples that await! Condo pool is available to guests seasonally (late May- early October). Off to the races! 10mins/3.8miles away from Oaklawn Racing and casino. The condo has no elevator and 24 steps in total to our top unit. 2 jet ski slips available for our guests (slips only, jet ski not provided)

A quiet area. Enjoyed the balcony facing the lake for our morning coffee. The unit was very small, but well equipped. The downside, it was on the third floor.

BEAUTIFUL FAMILY FRIENDLY CONDO

This condo is a perfect getaway spot! From the moment you walk in it feels like home. The owners have decorated the property beautifully, provided all the things you could need plus more, not to mention the property is extremely clean. The beds were comfortable, pillows fluffy and blankets galore. The view was spectacular!! You can sit out on the balcony in the peace and quite drinking coffee while the sun rises over the lake or enjoy the evenings with a cold drink as the boats pass by headed home for the night. The property grounds are well cared for and quiet. The pool was private, clean, and there are community toys and inflatables provided for use. The pool patio furniture is a little worn, but it gets the job done. Best part is the pool was never really busy, and it's open from 7am to 10:30pm, so plenty of time for everyone to enjoy. Plenty of open parking for quick easy access. Location is great and close to many adult and family activities with many different varieties of food within a short drive. The owners are very quick to answer any questions or concerns. They are friendly and helpful with anything you need. I would highly recommend the Lake Haus! Thank you again for sharing this beautiful property!!

My husband and I had to make a quick trip to Hot Springs for a funeral. This space gave us a serine location to decompress & rest. I wish we could’ve stayed longer!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Lake House. The view is awesome while enjoying your morning coffee on the deck. Very close to everything. Highly recommend if you are thinking of going to Hot Springs.

Beautiful condo in Lake Hamilton

From the moment we walked in we noticed the beautiful view and the condo was just as beautiful! Exceptional cleanliness! The owner’s communication was very thorough and thoughtful. They tried to accommodate any request we had and answered all of our questions. Loved all the extra touches from the coffee maker, extra coffee to everything we needed in the bathroom. It was so peaceful and beautiful there it was hard to leave. I could have slept in the egg chair and stayed on that balcony without doing anything else that weekend if I could have! Loved every minute of our stay! Thank you so much and we will definitely try to return soon!

Enjoyable stay

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was very nice and had everything we needed. Our only suggestion would be lighting on stairs and step onto sidewalk isn’t marked. We felt it should be marked so you didn’t miss it.
