The staff was so friendly, the rooms were very clean, and the continental breakfast goes on till 10AM! And that is always fully stocked! Definitely worth the money! Recommend 100%
Only suggestion is to bring a box fan to drowned out noise from outside of the room, but that goes for any hotel!
Had a great weekend stay for a birthday celebration. Hotel staff very friendly and accommodating not that we needed much. 4 of us in a room. Might mention they put us in a handicap accessible so it was roomy. Fridge and microwave. Not a great view but didn't really bother any of us. Perfect location to downtown activities. Shuttle will take you down for free. Short wait. Taxis are easy and cheap. The valet staff were friendly and gave us tips for going out and eating. We make friends wherever we go so we enjoyed the friendly manners of everyone. We didn't eat at the hotel so can't comment but it seemed pricey as they usually are.
Started with a phone call to request a dozen roses to celebrate my wife and i's first year anniversary. Marques handled the process expertly and as promised a dozen roses were on hand at my time of check in surprising my wife. In addition, Marques left a hand written note from the staff and a box of toffee making the day all the more special. Thank you for a remember able stay
We stayed at the Hilton Downtown Nashville between November 14th and 18th and enjoyed every minute of our stay. We were across the street at the Bridgestone Arena watching the Nashville Predators hosting our hometown Winnipeg Jets, we were at the Country Music Hall of Fame across the other street, we spent 3 days and nights visiting the Honky Tonk Row on Broadway directly behind the hotel and walked 2 blocks and across the bridge to LP Field for a Monday Night Football game too! The only transportation we needed was a tour we took and cab rides to and from the airport.
We stayed in the king bed deluxe suite with park view and looked out onto the Country Music walk of fame and towards the Country Music Hall of Fame and the brand new Convention Centre. That room gave us access to the Executive Lounge which had a very good Continental Breakfast every morning until 10 am, appetizers every evening between 5-7 pm and free snacks and drinks (non alcoholic) throughout the day.
Staff was very friendly and the rooms were very clean. A nice bonus was free coffee every morning and juice or iced tea every evening on every floor by the elevators.
