"We arrived and were greeted well. The front desk is GREAT. They are the best. We had major issues with house keeping. Rooms were not cleaned. Sinks and shower were left dirty. No hand soap etc. Rooms cleaned late and then done very sloppy. Brought this to the attention of the front desk and they bent over backwards to make sure this was taken care of. However, we had the same issue the next day. I also spoke with the front end manager. I think that is who she was. She had no name...

"The only comment our group has is that the bar dining was not open until midnight on the thursday we were there. Morgan Wallen concert that night, and fro hotel staff we know that there were more than 500 guest in your hotel for that night. A good business would recognize this was not a normal Thursday night. We, along with 25 people were all in the hotel lobby at 11pm looking for food, all assuming we could eat. "
