"Cute little place. Provided a keurig but only had tea. No big deal just noting. Bathroom lighting is not great. Heating is hot as hades or cold. Hard to find happy medium with baseboard heat but to be expected. If you’re parking an SUV, plan to finagle your way out. Overall, I was happy with this unit."

"This is the second time we've stayed here, and it's one of the most amazing vacation rentals anyone could expect. The cabin itself, beyond its impeccably detailed design and appointments is situated on a lake that simply transports you to some other place and time--timeless really. "One of the most "loggy" log cabins I've ever visited! Location has great mountain views, lots of outdoor deck space, and a great layout. Two bedrooms upstairs, one ground level, and one semi-basement room give plenty of room for spreading out. Really well stocked kitchen and nicely decorated home!"

"Everything was perfect, from the quaintness of the cabin to the communication with the host! It was exactly as described, and we came prepared! The only thing that didn’t go as planned was the hot plate, we couldn’t get our water to boil for some mac&cheese, but we had a backup! Our puppies loved paddling around in the water, and the scenery was to die for!"

"Our stay at The Cabin was just great! The weather allowed the three kids in our party to play outside for hours and hours—they loved the lawn when the tide was high and the beach when the tide was low. Everyone was charmed by the log cabin interior and the stairs to the third bedroom were fun for us. The kitchen and bathrooms were nice and we appreciated the seating options since there were seven of us. I’m not sure when we’ll have the opportunity to go back but would consider The Cabin again!"

"This is a secluded adorable log cabin off the beaten path. Just what we needed for some quiet down time. Yet close enough to town to visit family. It was clean and well stocked. The decorations for fall were superior. The clean, well kept landscaped and fire pit area were great. Be prepared to drive down a dirt road. (well kept) And keep an eye out for the sign that says “Cozy Log Cabin”. You cant see the house until after you turn into the unpaved driveway."

"I would equate this property to like a cute pair of shoes that you simply must have but wearing them for any length of time is not all that comfortable. The house is clean, updated, and provides most necessary things for your stay. It is on the small side so I can't imagine more than two people staying there. My biggest issue was the shared things outside...there are two homes available to rent on the same property. It is clearly stated in the description but actually "living" it is awkward, at...

"The cabin is located on the way to Rattlesnake Lake and ridge trails (we did not have an opportunity to hike this time). The property was spotless upon check-in, and has been very nicely done with a small but full kitchen, pretty bathroom, a comfortable living/dining area, and spacious (in that there is room to operate out of two suitcases -- not always the case in a hotel room) bedroom. "Enjoying our stay at Koi Cabin is an understatement. The setting, decor and comfort of the cabin was excellent. The location is perfect for nature walks and quick access to shopping. The view of Lake was equally lovely. This is a perfect place for a couple or small family to enjoy Maple Valley."
