"Nicholas Cage was definitely an unexpected surprise. But was a unique experience that I’m sure me and my friends will joke about for time to come. I did think the front yard look messy with the excessive amount of trees. And stair to the loft are steep and should be included in the listing. Those are just minor inconveniences out experience was over all a great one and I would choose this place again."

"They provided snacks and were welcoming and friendly. Cute neighborhood with good places to eat within a block or two and very close to the parks! My only note is that it smelled a little off and it may have been to do with the AC being in a window near the dumpsters behind the property? Not sure because the house was spotless! Maybe a glade plug in or such to keep it smelling fresh?"

"All in all good stay. Did’t like they can listen in on conversation with the systems they have in the kitchen. Siding was knocking on the outside wall, but would a guess it blew off in the wind storm the day before we arrived. Nice clean place"

"Very nice place to stay. Communication with the owner was exceptional - very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for visiting St Louis - most everything is close by. Across the street is Tower Grove Park - lots to do their. Try to go to Friday Food Trucks if you can. That was fun. The duplex was clean and quiet and very. I would definitely stay there again."

"Overall good experience, pretty quiet neighborhood and the house was clean and tidy. Only complaint we had was parking. There’s only one parking spot and other vehicles have to park at various streets a block or two away if you can get an open spot. Other than that everything was great!"

"Nice property just minutes from SLU and Downtown. Easy drive to get to the local Universities and an inexpensive Uber ride to get Downtown. Nice quiet neighborhood with plenty of parking. The property just about had everything you needed."

"Overall, a very spacious house with room for a family of 6. One of the queen beds is down in the basement, while the other 3 beds are in the second floor. The kitchen was very nice with good counter space. It was nice to have a dining table that fit everyon. Very close to the Arch and zoo and downtown. Parking situation is a little awkward since you have to go through the front door to access and umlock the backyard driveway gate, and then drive around to the alley to pull into the driveway. But...

It was nice to have a place where we could all comfortably gather in our downtime with plenty of bathrooms and beds for everyone. The property was exactly as pictured and appointed with everything we could need and more. The location was perfect. It was a quick trip to campus and other tourist locations. Would stay here again without hesitation."
