"It snowed while we were there over the new year. It was like a winter wonderland."

"We booked this property with the event of the polar express planned on Saturday. We checked in Friday night and the house was wonderful. I really enjoyed the journal that was left to write notes about guests stay. I thought there would be a lot more to do in town but we couldn’t find much of anything of interest at the time, so we ended up leaving early Saturday evening."

"Facility was clean. It is an older building but fairly well maintained. The owner lives only a few feet away. Very quiet neighborhood, which was want we wanted. Having the creek and the fire pit nearby was very nice. However, the junked cars on the neighbor's property do not add to the ambiance."

"This house was clean and cozy from the beginning. A bunch of desirable amenities and plenty of space for our weekend getaway. We already shared the info with family and friends and look forward to coming back!"

"The cottage was super cute, a great place for a much-needed girl's weekend away. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and the coffee and snacks were a special treat. The only issue we had was finding the house the first day, we arrived after dark and had trouble finding the gravel driveway to the cottage. We had an amazing weekend exploring Bedford."

"My husband and I were looking for a nice place to stay while we helped our daughter move to Bedford. We were so delighted that this place was available and we were not disappointed. The cottage is perfect for two. We cannot say enough about how clean it was or how beautifully it was decorated. We had everything we needed including some much needed rest after watching our two grand-daughters all day. Thank you for letting us stay at your beautiful home. We plan on returning soon."

"The house inside was decently clean with the exception of the bathtub that was dirty. The area outside was another story. The outside was extremely unkept . The house looked uninhabitable. I never seen such dirty windows with so many cobwebs in my life. The porch was also super dirty with green mold. "

"Three couples looking for a chance have a reunion and a to catch up in person. Cozy loving room, plenty of space in kitchen. We enjoyed the spectacular views, a walk down the road to the pond (and up again!) and some local sightseeing. Carl was very easy to touch base with and it was obvious he and his family have a beloved home here at Peace on the Mountains! Thank you for sharing it and providing all the basic necessities - we just provided the food and the company."
