"Church House was perfect for me and my three teen grandsons to explore Sao Miguel. There was plenty of room to spread out, inside and outside. The kitchen was well equipped, but be sure to buy ground coffee. There is no coffee grinder. The kitchen and bathrooms are modern and very clean. The beds are comfortable. The washer and dryer were great to have and laundry detergent is supplied. I did learn to empty the water reservoir in the dryer into the toilet after every load. I had never seen a...

"We came to the Azores for my daughter's wedding. My wife picked out this place from the pic's on your site. The place far surpassed the photos. Have never seen grounds that were so beautiful and the cottage was just as nice. Great owners, friendly neighbors. Easy access to the highway. "We had a wonderful stay on this property. The grounds are beautifully kept and the cottage was well equipped and comfortable. The location is extremely convenient, close to the airport, 5 minutes to a supermarket and 5 minutes to a gorgeous beach. Our hosts were wonderful and answered any questions we might have had. This is a great place to stay if you're looking for a quiet, peaceful spot to relax. Would be geat for families with small children as well."

"This was in a perfect location. There was more than enough room for 6 adults. We enjoyed having dinner with the beautiful view. Antonio was a wonderful host. He was very friendly and helpful. He added to our good memories on Sao Miguel. If we come back, this is where we'll stay."

"We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful and relaxing family-run hotel! Ana Isabel and her staff are so kind, welcoming, and accommodating. The grounds and gardens are absolutely stunning, and the pool was such a treat to come back to after a long day traveling around the island.
