"The location is perfect for day trips around the Provence region. The host does not speak English but luckily my husband speaks a little French so the check in process went fine. Host met us at the door and showed us how to use the keys and doors. He gave a us a tour of the rental and showed us all instruction manuals for appliances The parking is across the street and costs approx 19 euros per day. The covered market is right across the street and is fabulous. There was no hair dryer as listed...

"Very large rooms with all the amenities. Easy walking distance to main Avignon attractions. Staff are lovely and helpful with good english skills. Parking garage is difficult to enter and park with a large car, we managed OK with a 3 series estate but it was close on all sides. Price for parking is typical for the area."

"I loved the location, right across the street from the old city. There was a grocery store next door, very convenient. The property seems to be student residences as well as hotel and has laundry facilities, safe bicycle storage, recycling, an exercise room and breakfast for an extra fee, which we didn't do. The bed was comfy, the kitchen was fine, the shower was great, the room was very spacious, but with a characterless, unadorned feel. Still, over all, good value. "

"Our stay was absolutely phenomenal! The price was very doable for the days that we were there, and we were only a 10-15 minute walk from Avignon city center. The room was spacious and very comfy and the manager was very accommodating. We were traveling from the United States, and had a number of issues both on the trip getting to France and leaving, but the manager was very helpful and pleasant to interact with. Would definitely stay here again if visiting this part of France again. "

"This place was awful. It was 25 minutes to Avignon and there is nothing in the area, not to see, not to eat, not to shop, It is run down. There were cigarette stains on the carpet. The socket cover was coming off the wall. The remote control needed batteries. The staff were not at all helpful. There was not one English tv channel. "
