"The beds are good. The street is calm. The staff is nice and speaks english atop of german. The Phantasia Land shuttle is near. The parking (10 euros per night) is not far, but is a bit difficult with 5 meters cars. "Beautiful hotel, which had a huge flood disaster back in 2021, they have done amazingly well to rebuild from. "I chose the hotel because it's less than 10 minute walk from the train station and that the staff speak English. Wonderful staff. Two complaints about the room. The safe was too small for my laptop. It fit in there, but the door wouldn't close. Also there it no house phone in the room. A lot of foreigners don't have a phone/data package so it would have been nice to have a way to reach reception without walking downstairs. I never did find the rooftop or gym. I followed the signs, and then they just stopped at the end of a hallway."
