Hanno accolto anche i nostri due cani di taglia media e anche se abitano al piano superiore, la privacy è assoluta."

"L'appartamento è curato e molto spazioso, ideale per una famiglia o 2 coppie. Comodo al mare e con una passeggiata di pochi minuti si raggiunge il centro. Il Sig. Renzo è stato gentilissimo fornendoci tutte le indicazioni necessarie sia prima che durante il soggiorno, rendendosi disponibile in qualsiasi momento per rispondere ad ogni nostra richiesta. The facilities are excellent, the pool is a delight, surrounding area has a wealth of things to do - e-biking on the coast, walking in the mountains, picturesque mountain villages, hill-top towns like Penne and Chieti, wonderful food (the ice cream!). And the owner is a lovely lady, very helpful."

"We very much enjoyed our week in Montesilvano. Maria Ida and Carlo were so friendly, generous and welcoming. They and recommended lots of great places to visit in the area, from beautiful wild beaches and pretty hill towns to stunning walks in the Majella National Park. The flat is clean and well equipped, though worth noting that it is quite a long walk to the seafront so we suggest this property will work best for those with a car."

"Sehr liebevoll eingerichtete Und gut Ausgestattete Ferienwohnung. Zentrale Lage zum Strand, freie Strände sind leider etwas weiter weg. Kurze Wege ins Zentrum von Villa Rosa und auch nach Alba Adriatica. Wir waren mit Hund unterwegs, da können wir den Hundestrand in in Martinsicuro empfehlen. Gerne wieder,"

"November 2022 We stayed at this apartment in Pescara and must say how wonderful of an experience we had. The apartment was quite spacious, very clean, and centrally located in regards to all the areas we were visiting and the family we went to visit! The fact that we were able to take advantage of the washer and dryer (yay!!!!!) was such an added bonus! It is very close to the seashore, (maybe a simple 5 minutes walk) supermarkets and so many more entertainment places! We look forward to...

"Chose the property to attend a wedding in the area. Property is great - up in the residential area but still only a short walk to the beach, restaurants, etc. Property itself is large and accommodates 6 easily. Very well appointed and clean. Definitely a find and recommended."
