About this property
"Casale Giacinta" ancient cottage between sea and mountains with swimming pool
- Spacious and comfortable apartment (70/80 sqm) for 5 people, located on the ground floor facing the gate, ideal for children, consisting of n. 2 bedrooms (mtr. 4 x 4); from a bathroom with shower and washing machine, from a large kitchen / living room with fireplace, sofa, TV, large table, kitchenette with dishwasher, fridge, microwave, electric oven, outdoor table for eating out, outdoor sitting area on the garden.
Very restful setting, close to both the sea and the mountains. The farmhouse of the early twentieth century completely renovated; the hydromassage pool was recently built, the farmhouse is surrounded by a large garden of roses, jasmine among ancient olive trees.
The interior is carefully furnished in poor art style and ample equipment of all the necessary tools.
