"Gianluca ist ein sehr hilfsbereiter Vermieter und sehr um das Wohl seiner Gäste bemüht. Im italienischen Hauptferienmonat August kann das Parken problematisch sein. Damit wir das Auto stehen lassen konnten, hat Gianluca uns zum Supermarkt gefahren und das mit einer kleinen Sightseeing-Tour in der näheren Umgebung verbunden. "This was our 5th year staying at Casale Giacinta. It is an oasis of calm, surrounded by wonderful scenery (mountains and sea) and offers a great base for exploring the national parks of Majella and Gran Sasso or the coast and beaches north and south of Pescara. The villa is really well appointed with air conditioning, well equipped kitchen and there is a barbecue area, bicycles, a table tennis table and a wonderful swimming pool.
