We stayed here for 4 night before flying over to Koh Samui. The hotel is very new and business like. The location is set a little bit away from every thing but you can take the Sky Train at Thong Lo. It's about 3 min walk. Just be aware of crossing the roads. The rooftop bar Octave was wonderful. Good music on a Saturday. Food and drink expensive but you expect it for a roof top bar/restaurant. Staff was lovely. The only thing I found annoying is they charge you a service charge plus your 7% tax on top off your bill (which is fine we ok with paying that) but then keep a box for additional Tips. When I asked one of the staff members do they get the service charge they said no. I found this a bit cheeky of the hotel but by the looks of it most of the hotels on Bangkok does this. We did not experience this in our hotel in Koh Samiu. The tax was already included in the food and it was your choice to leave a service charge/Tip if you which. Overall it is a nice hotel.
