"Lovely hotel in ideal location"
On arrival, the hotel gave us a room upgrade, the start of a very enjoyable stay. Only 32 euros by taxi from/to the airport. Turin has lots of fantastic shops and places to see. You can see the snow-capped mountains as a very nice back-drop. The various Palaces, the Egyptian museum and the Mole, with views over the city and surrounding mountains are definitely worth visiting but there is so much more to see. The markets are good and the grid system of roads allows easy navigation. There was always something going on (festivals, exhibitions, speciality markets, etc.) and wonderful scenery. The hotel was ideally situated in the north part of the city close to all places of interest and activities. South of the main east/west road Corsa Vittorio Emanuele II we only walked to the Automobile museum, very interesting, and the old Fiat factory (now converted into a shopping mall), this part of the city we found not as interesting as the north part.

"Faultless hotel in excellent location"
Every facility you could possibly need is readily available in this hotel, in the rooms, reception, restaurant, bar and other public rooms. Everything is clean and well-maintained and the staff are friendly, readily approachable, helpful and knowledgeable. I would particularly recommend the hotel restaurant which we used for a couple of evenings. Again the service was excellent, the food interesting and well-prepared and prices reasonable. All in all a superbly located, managed and staffed hotel representing good value for money.

"Good quality hotel - food pricey but excellent"
If arriving by train, don't get off at Lingotto station, as it is quite a walk from the entrance, which is on the other side of the tracks and at the opposite end. Instead continue to Porto Nuova and get the new and very fast metro to Lingotto, which brings you to just in front of the hotel. If you want to see the old Fiat test track on the roof, where the Italian Job was filmed, you can't access it from inside the hotel. Ask at reception and they will give you a key which enables you to take the lift in the adjacent shopping centre to past the third floor. Very good pizzeria in the nearby Eataly supermarket. The meal we had in the hotel restaurant was superb but not cheap. The breakfast buffet is excellent and caters for all tastes.

"Turin's stay"
Although we experienced a few glitches (key not working, safe not working) the hotel stay was pleasant. It was a relief to be in a well A/C room, and the room had a good layout with the bed in one area, desk in another. The bathroom had a great 2 persons shower! The staff was accommodating and courteous. The location was perfect right behind Piazza Castello, everything at walking distance.

"Older style but comfortable hotel"
The Concord is in a great location: just across from Porta Nuovo train station, close to good restaurants, supermarkets and two major Italian department stores, Coin and Rinascente. It is an older style hotel that hosts conferences and tour groups. Our room was spacious, beds comfortable, the bathroom was large and well equipped and we had a small fridge. Breakfast was plain but I enjoyed a range of fresh seasonal fruit (cherries, apricots, grapes and banana). It provided great value for money.

"Good hotel for city break for holiday or business"
Good position, close to transport links, excellent break. Buy a transport ticket for cheap travel on buses, trams and metro. Our room overlooked the hills, very quiet at night even though in a busy area. Breakfast was relaxed; it was always easy to find a table, and food was replenished quickly.

"Good location, everything is okay"
I don't have much to complain about. Maybe some breakfast items were not replaced while I was eating...It has a fitness room, which was very useful to me. I liked the taste of the breakfast coffee. Please note that when the hotel staff book a taxi for you, it is not a regular city taxi, but more like a private ride service. The cost to the airport is 40 euros, the drive wears a suit, the vehicle is a Mercedes Benz, and you can get a receipt.
