From my email communications before our stay, to our check-in and check-out, the staff was wonderful.
The front desk recommended to great restaurants (one was Michelin-rated), just a short walk away.
Two great meals !
We also had two lovely meals in the hotel dining room.
This hotel was priced below others, so we were afraid it might not be as good as it turned out to be.
One of the best values I have had traveling in the last 10 years !
We had a very pleasant stay in a quiet location that was close to the Basilica and palaces. The staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast (which was included) was ample with lots of variety. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Turin.

This is the third time I've stayed at Grand Hotel Sitea - it's comfortable, friendly, in a great location (near Piazza San Carlo and the Egyptian Museum). This time was a weekend visit to see Juventus versus Parma at Juventus Stadium.

"Very smart business-like hotel great for Lingotto"
Excellent friendly polite staff who couldn't be more helpful. Delicious breakfast with wide choices. Not cheap but good value for money. Brand new classy room interior. the only problem one night was someone snoring in an adjacent room keeping me awake but without question the night manager immediately gave me another room to sleep in.
My room was very clean and comfortable. Absolutely no complaints about the room. staff are very helpful and they go out of their way to ensure you're happy. Breakfast is quite simple - the usual cereal and eggs. But that was fine for me. A little bit expensive compared to other hotels in Turin, but the cleanliness of the room was worth it. No weird smells either.
I stayed for 5 nights at the hotel. The service was impeccable. Great comfort and fantastic location. Easy access to railway station and the metro station. 20 minute by foot to the town centre. The Sadem bus service from Torino airport stops at Port Sousa station which is literally around the corner.
I was actually very surprised at the quality of the hotel. Very clean, the staff was very professional and went out of their way to help us. We did not speak the Italian language and they spoke broken english, but they were very patient and help us navigate the city. The staff went out of their way to help us with transportation. They help us with the train schedules, taxis, and pointed us to several excellent restaurants and site seeing tours. The biggest surprise was the continental breakfast provided each morning. The food was excellent and we look forward to our meal every morning, the breakfast was amazing.
