Not only is this hotel very modern and clean, it is an excellent location for busy travelers; just across the street from the Athens Airport.
Our room was very clean, comfortable bed and bath, nice restaurant on the main lobby floor, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
The o&b hotel is one of my favorite all time hotels. It's beautiful, clean, newly remodeled. the staff are very friendly, helpful and professional. The location is the best for seeing the important sights in Athens, everything is within walking distance, the Acropolis, the museum of archeology, the Plaka. all in all I enjoyed it very much and would stay here again.
We enjoyed an excellent stay with the central location making all main sites in easy walking distance.
2 minor issues were that food in the roof top restaurant was not hot when served as it came from the downstairs kitchen and the outside roof top was closed on one day despite bright sunshine and clear skies as rain was forecast later ( non materialised ).
Breakfast was excellent and well presented with lots of choices
My husband and I were in Athens for just a few days to do some sightseeing. The staff at the Amalia went out of their way to make our trip a success. They straightened out an error in the reservation without our having to ask and provided directions, suggestions, and help of all kinds. The location is also a real plus. It's a block from Syntagma Square, the metro and the bus to the airport and a ten minute walk to the Acropolis. Although the hotel is on a busy street, our room was quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was ample and a great way to start the day. We also appreciated the reliable and free wifi. The attention to detail was apparent everywhere. We would definitely return.
"Relaxed and comfortable close to metro and sights"
We stayed four nights on our first trip to Athens. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was very comfortable with wet room bathroom, TV, Wi-Fi, fridge, air-con and plenty of space to spread our things! The communal areas were clean, comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was very good with plenty of variety, catering to all tastes including local cuisine (dolmades for breakfast). The pool and bar were cool and refreshing.

Great stay here. We got the room for 3 people and the main bed is comfy but the small bed for one person is hard as a rock. You may as well sleep on the floor. We found this to be the same way at all the hotels we stayed at there. Other than that, there are no complaints!
