Independent, 3 star Hotels in Milan

Enjoyed every thing about hotel. Breakfast lovely. Staff helpful. Would highly recommend.

My partner and I chose this hotel based on the reviews here, and when we arrived we were a little hesitant since the building adjoins a McDonald's and there is graffiti all over the neighborhood. But all our hesitation was for nothing, and we agree with other reviewers that this is a great choice for a stay in Milan. Although the tram is right outside the door, it's better to walk to the Duomo (about 15 minutes) to see the local sights. The staff is very friendly and professional, and even though I speak Italian they were just as happy to converse in English. There is no parking on the premises but they do have an arrangement with a garage nearby for 20 euro a night (normally 30). Unfortunately we went to the wrong garage but still paid only 25 euro. The room we had was clean, the beds comfortable, and the shower was hot and strong. There is a decent breakfast buffet with the standard continental fare on the first floor.

This is a great hotel which is situated within close walking distance to the 'old-town' centre. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly. However, when we arrived, the room was still being cleaned (this would have been around 3pm). But apart from that, everything was great.

The title might say it all. This hotel is very well positioned a short walk (or short tram ride) from the Duomo. The rooms are clean and well proportioned (our had a walk in area in which to place luggage and hang clothes), although not overly furnished. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. We would return to stay again.

Clean & convenient to Milan Centrale. Price was very reasonable. Overall it was very satisfactory for a quick overnight. Be aware that the wi-fi is not free. And if you have an aversion to fake flowers you might want to find another place-- the lobby was over-loaded with plastic roses!

Good value for money. Excellent location with 2 large double beds. Good for a family of 4 for a short stay in Milan.
