The hotel is a real Key West hotel experience fitted fitted well in the historic district love everything about it. The staff was courteous I couldn't be more helpful love everything about it.

Clean and lovely room. On the water next to a bar with nice evening ambiance, tiki torches, and a great band saturday night.

My wife and I stayed 1 night on our way up to Lauderdale from key west room was clean and comfortable however, it could use an update. The staff was extremely helpful. On the day we checked out we had an issue with trying to print our boarding passes. The woman at the front desk (I apologize, I can't remember your name.) Let us use her computer to resolve our issue. We were probably on the computer and cell phone for an hour. She went above and beyond to help us and saved us a huge hassle at the airport. Also recommend dinning at Snooks. It's on the bay side. Outdoor bay side dining. Excellent food and staff. Gorgeous sunset views. See pic.

Loved our stay lovely and clean aamazing part of the world quiet relaxing friendly staff helpfull you can tell they like being there and were very helpfull changed our booking by a day as my girlfriend was ill, I asked her to marrie me on one of the hammocks so it will always be somwhere we remember.

the hotel is in a nice location to do everything you'd want to do in Islamorada. You can enjoy the beach right at the hotel and you have access to fishing, snorkeling, diving and eco tours without leaving the property. Everything was clean and well cared for. Places to have a fine dining experience were abound!

We were there for only 2 nights, but it was a great experience. The place is clean and feels safe. The overhead planes were no problem and did not come over very often, and never at night. The breakfast is the only downfall. The room is way too small to accommodate everyone. There are not enough tables so people were standing elbow to elbow trying to "decide" what they could reach or wanted to eat. The options are limited so not a lot to consider. Otherwise it was great. We would definitely stay again.

My significant other has to be on kidney dialysis every nite, (we have a special dialysis machine) and we had supplies shipped to the hotel and they took good care of the supplies and had them in our room upon our arrival. Everyone was very helpful and very kind. They made us feel like part of their family. We stayed for 10 days and were sad to leave our newly made friends and our confortable accommodations. Could not have had a better room, view and assistance from the staff! Would suggest this hotel to everyone!!

My husband and I were so pleased with the Islamorada Resort. We were pleasantly surprised when we were upgraded to a suite. We loved every minute of it.
