"The staff and room were amazing. The reason I’m giving a 3 instead of 5 is that the food in the restaurant was horrible. $18 for nachos with cheese burned on them, overcooked wings and soggy pizza. 5/5 for hotel 0/5 for restaurant"

Holiday Inn Express Sault Ste Marie by IHG
"Our air/heat was not operational through the actual unit. It ran too hot or too cold so we had nothing. The unit was not even put together properly it would be quite obvious to staff. The area around the fridge was awful. Filthy. Had a hard time being comfortable. Moving hotels wasn't practical. ..."

"The rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Only one desk chair in room. Big open space where comfortable chair should have been. Unable to get into courtyard. Doors locked. Very big hotel and had to walk a mile to get ice. Parking lot blocked off and no signage or direction where to park when arrived. ..."

"This is a 95% French speaking college and apparently they don’t speak English very well. I had issues even phoning them about checking in and they said that no one would be on shift after 11 PM and I’d have to wait till the next person gets on shift in order to check in. I said that won’t work with ..."

Glenview Cottages
"The room had an overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke, which I put up with as I was by myself, but if my wife was with me we would have had to move. Other than that the cottages are nice and we'll equipped."
