Nice clean place to stay and friendly staff. My only issue was with the security deposit. I understand it is necessary no question. I feel 3 to 5 business days for it to be returned to your debit card is far to long to wait. Especially these days. Otherwise great stay!

Room was nice. The only con was the weird placement of the bathroom light; It was outside the bathroom next to the main door. Residence & Conference Centre - Sudbury North
It was nice to have two rooms and sitting area. This was great with small kids so we could put them to bed and still have an area close by if they needed us. The rooms were tidy and the beds worry surprisingly comfortable.

Amazing spot for the price. Very close to downtown for anything you might need while still feeling rural. Very clean and had plenty of kitchen supplies.
