We got the reserve which was a total waste of money. Everyone has access. We like the butler or concierge service which is why we get it. They did nothing. It was our anniversary and they said we would get to enjoy a free amenity. Nothing not even a note or something in the room. My husband as the butler to help set something up and he never got back to him. The restaurants weren’t all open. The food was subpar. The resort was empty. The staff customer service was subpar. I have never been to a resort in Mexico and experienced this. The property and decor were nice but don’t be fooled.
The big pool was DISGUSTING the water was so dirty probably from everyone peeing in the pool. Swim up bar was cool.
Over not impressed and definitely NOT repeatable.

Best hotel in Cabo
Grand Velas was incredible! The staff are helpful and do everything they can to make your stay enjoyable. The food is delicious, everything is clean and beautiful. This is the best resort we have ever stayed in in Cabo.
