We enjoyed the Staycation Package, which includes breakfast and parking. Although there was no available spot in the hotel we were provided a voucher to be used in the nearby covered carpark.

A beautiful property with amazing staff and a touch of french pizazz!

The room was amazing. The staff and service have been excellent. Will definitely return for future stays.

Hotel was nicely decorated and had good location. The room had plenty of space and bathroom facilities were nice. The bed and pillows weren’t very comfortable. The pillows were from IKEA and the bed linen didn’t fit the bed correctly. The pillows did fit the case as they were to large. You can hear noise from the hall way and room next door. The carpet looked very dirty and needed to be cleaned as it was worn out and stained. We visited in September and was quite warm in the room and wouldn’t go below 19 degrees on the temperature control.

The area was great, lots of places to eat and transport in the city is easy but the beds in this hotel were terrible. I’ve never had a worse mattress, sleeping on the floor probably would have been preferable as I had minimal sleep which was less than ideal.
