What this place has going for it is definitely location, it’s situated on the beach walk close to tons of restaurants and shopping! The beach is a 5 min walk across the store. The included breakfast and happy hour are definitely great enhancements to the stay. Now for the not so great. This hotel is huge and I feel for the amount of guest staying it can get very cramped in the dining hall and buffet area. I never used the pool because everyday there was no seats open and every square inch of the pool was full. It’s really a very tiny pool for such a big hotel. And the fact that some loungers/cabanas had to be rented is bonkers! Especially when you are already paying a “resort fee”. The elevators are a whole other issue as well. Sometimes it would take 5-10 min to get an elevator, they would pass and just be incredibly full. And when you’re on a high level it makes taking the stairs impossible or a chore. The rooms are clean and have nice decor and big tv’s that a plus especially since you can kind of tell it’s an older building they have renovated. Some things were off like the water not draining properly in the tub and our toilet feeling crooked and the tiny sinks. Overall pleasant stay but would definitely not stay there again. Would recommend maybe during not such a busy time of year as the summer.

Nice room, good location…. The elevator was very slow and difficult to get when you needed it the most …there’s really no social vibe here no lounge that has any kind of a beach feel to it.

The staff at this resort is exceptional- kind, helpful, unobtrusive and thoughtful. The property is beautiful and well maintained. We saw sea turtles, monk seal, and a variety of species of fish while snorkeling.
