Florida Yoga Holidays

Room was spacious. Elements of the room were dated, so not as luxurious as we expected. Guest service was not up to par. Had to ask each day for housekeeping and generally speaking staff was not super accommodating. Spa staff was amazing, but hotel staff was not.

Courteous employees who always say hello. Reception area is a bit slow (under staffed? ) Telephone on desk in room 412 doesn’t work. Lighting in bathroom a bit dim

Excellent facility except for they run you away from the pool seating saying its reserved.

The room was spotless and incredibly comfortable, so much attention to detail. The property had all the amenities that I look for during a beach getaway and the staff were so courteous and friendly. One of my favorite properties in the area!

We stayed in the Betsy Balcony, the room was small, but it was still fantastic! Very clean, exceptionally fantastic staff, fabulous location. Loved it! Will def go back!
