The bathroom needs renovating, with a new sink. Elevators broke one day which was not fun considering we were on the 34th floor. Location was excellent and room was overall clean. I was not happy that I was charged a destination daily fee and didn't realize it until I got home. I assume I overlooked it.

Staff was great!! Breakfasts hot and tasty.
Room was very tired….chipped and cracked furniture…..doors scratched and chipped…..not up to the standards previously set by the Westhouse.
