Clean, friendly staff, and a very welcoming atmosphere. The only downside was the wait at the restaurant. The waiters walked past us several times before serving us, and we waited well over 30 minutes just to get water. Other than that, everything else was good.

Very nice hotel great swimming pools. Staff very friendly, the only slight downfall were the higher end speciality restaurants in the hotel. It seemed they would will fill up fast and would not allow people in there regardless if tables were empty. Those restaurants were not open all day.
