Staff is friendly, room is clean and with beautiful decorations, breakfast is delicious but at the end all the fruits are gone, no replacements, the 19th century building is well maintained, the piano in the lounge area is definitely a plus!

New owners, friendly staff, clean room, nice breakfast, property showing its age, hot tub very high in chlorine. Could not use properly. Pool was too cold to use. Enjoyed complimentary snacks in room and fruit!

Drafty rooms, jet tubs don’t work. The rooms are in need of updating and tuning up. The breakfasts were nice. The sulfur smell from the geothermal features was overwhelming

Quick and easy check in. Modern hotel with a very large room (king with lake view). Only parking option is valet so be prepared to pay for valet upon arrival. Within easy walking distance to more restaurants than you can visit. Disappointed that there wasn't a pool. Didn't like that price for breakfast went up if we didn't commit at check in. The price should be the same for guests regardless of when you decide to have it. Overall, a good experience
