Enjoyed the staff The closeness to the street food and it's great vibes Pity it wasn't closer to the beach .The staff at reception were really good and obliging .The room cleaners did a great job .Will go back again when all the street roadworks around hotel are completed

Stayed 2 years on the trot and it’s lovely, my only concern now is it seems to be catering for the Muslim community which is fine but this factors in the food for breakfast. The pool was way too warm we asked the pool attendant numerous times to chill it but came on deaf ears. The pool tiles are dated and need change ASAP as they have very sharp edges and could be a problem for young children ( to which there are many at this resort. Overall 2 and a bit resort sorry

This Villa Which Was The TreeTop Villa Was So Beautiful The Pool Was Warm Which Was Great On Those Rainy Days . I Love Love The Bathroom The Food Was Good But Needed More Variety. The Staff Was Helpful

Lovely resort on semi private island. Very large and spread out so doesn't feel busy. Resort was fairly quiet anyway during our stay so dining areas may get busy with more guests. Several nice pools and poolside villas. Good gym and several activities available but not well advertised : paddle board, kayak, yoga, stretch, boxing. Food options a bit limited and very expensive. All inclusive offered as an option with some bookings. Complimentary speed or long boat offered to mainland.

As we get older, the only issue i have is the number of stairs and access to my room and amenities.

We spent 9 nights in May / June 2026 as a family of four with two boys aged 9 and 7. The hotel and rooms were spotless. The staff were amazing, always available to help and very polite and kind. The hotel has beautiful views of the bay and the Big Buddha at the rear. The food in the restaurant was really good. Everyone was really helpful including the security who helped us park the car everyday. We loved our stay and will definitely come back. Thank you for an amazing holiday

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sawasdee Village Hotel in Phuket. It offers excellent value for the price and exceeded our expectations in many ways. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. They consistently went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The grounds are absolutely beautiful—lush, well-maintained, and filled with stunning cultural décor and ornate architectural details that create a unique and relaxing atmosphere. Everywhere you look, there is something beautiful to admire. If I had one small criticism, it would be that the shower in our bathroom could use some updating. It certainly didn’t detract from our overall experience, but a few modern improvements would make the accommodations even better. Overall, if you’re looking for a resort that combines Thai charm, exceptional hospitality, and great value, Sawasdee Village is a wonderful choice. We would happily stay here

The pool access, panoramic view is a dream. 10/10 highly recommend. The property exceeded my expection.
