I book 2 Queen premier rooms with balcony’s. It stated on your web site that they were 487 square feet. But when we arrived and checked in the rooms were very small. At least half the size of what it stated online. I went to the front desk and asked why. She said she didn’t know what it stated online and I booked thru a 3rd party site , I would have to take it up with them . If we wanted a bigger room they had one available for an extra $20.00 a night. So we just paid the extra to get the size of room we originally wanted. I thought it was a Nate and switch. I was not happy. I think you either need to up date your site or speak to Hotel 32 32.

We loved our stay at Romer Hell’s Kitchen! Centrally located to move around the city with ease. We will definitely go back!!

I truly had a wonderful time up until i left. I asked gentleman who handled the cars and taxis and asked if he was able to get me transportation as i needed to travel to upstate NY to see a very elederly family member and after then needed to go to LGA for a flight from there. I specified that i already had a car taxi available but i was looking for a safe option as well as one that would be less expensive. He called someone and said the driver would charge $350. I declined but then called him back from my room and said ok $350. To make it short at the end of the ride to the airport the driver had me pay $810.00. I said the agent Rob said it was $350.00 and he insisted that was not the case. I couldn't agrue because i knew i had been taken advantage of by him and Rob. Fortunately i had funds on my credit card and i paid and left to get to my plane. That will be my last trip using the Hard Rock Hotel.

Fun property and great food. The check in was on a tablet so you didn’t have to talk to anyone (and it was quick) but I actually found it a bit impersonal for the amount of money you pay to stay there. The food was great though and room was cute.

It is nice for a quick stay, clean, friendly staff,etc. gym is clean also. My only negative is the lobby reeks of overwhelming smell of cologne/perfume.

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights for our wedding weekend. We chose it because of the close proximity where our venue was, it was shortly out of the Holland tunnel AND had valet parking. Right off the bat when we pulled in, a bellhop came to the curb and helped unload the car with my wedding dress, my husbands suit and our various luggage. Checking in was a breeze and our suite was beautiful and very roomy. Everything was clean and the shower was VERY roomy and loved the waterfall rain shower. Only slight con was I wish the bathroom had extra toilet paper stocked. Checking out of the room was also easy. I forgot my bouquet in the room after checkout and security was able to go back to the room and recover it for me! If you don’t like the breakfast options there are plenty of other options nearby to the hotel.

The staff is lovely and the property gorgeous. The room could have been more complete (no slippers to be found and no in-room mini bar amenities, which was surprising). The grounds are pristine and peaceful.
