Had such a wonderful stay at this hotel the bed was so comfortable to sleep on had a very restful sleep. The room was nice and cosy, very convenient to have a mini kitchen in the room to make your meals if you dont feel like dinning out. The service is definitely 5 star and the buffet breakfast was well worth paying for.

Easy check in/out, we did have issues with not having twin beds made into the king. The team left linens at the door for us to do. The beds were different heights which made sleeping uncomfortable for a couple The curtains in the rooms werent hiding any light with the lights from carpark streaming through, the whole room was lit up. We did not sleep well here. There were some light bulbs that werent working but the team offered to come and change them for us There was construction in the apartment above us which was very noisy during the day when we were trying to rest. If we had of known this was going to happen we would have stayed elsewhere The place was warm and welcoming, it was nice to have heated floors in the bathroom. Rooms we spacious enough. Good cooking areas and open plan living, dinning, kitchen

The apartment was fantastic. So big with magical views and so quiet. An extra 5 min walk into town which was picturesque. There was a bus stop right out the front of the villas and the beds were so comfortable. Staff were great. Would re-book without hesitation.

Very convenient location on Frankton road. Rooms were spacious quiet and warm. Car parking is free.

Our room was lovely, everything was very comfortable and the view from the window seating area was just stunning. We really enjoyed our stay

I love this hotel. It is so elegant. The staff are so warm and welcoming. The rooms beautiful. the beds are soooo comfortable. The Sheets. Linen all beautiful.
