South Island Ski Holidays

Stayed here for 4 nights. It’s a 15 min walk to the town center. A perfect location. Parking is free; however, if you have a huge SUV like the rental agency gave me, you might have some issues because the parking space is tight. I had to park by the garage and didn’t want to leave because I was afraid someone would take that space. My rental wouldn’t have really fit anywhere else.

this is our second visit and everything was perfect! great views great location and very clean rooms with great amenities. This is our go to when visiting Queenstown.

Amazing view and luxurious space.

The room was a great size and I loved the location. But during our stay there was construction going on to a new building which made navigating the hotel and car park a challenge. The hotel bar and restaurant was also closed for the period. Not sure if that was due to the seasonality or the construction work. TV also didn’t work for regular live to air and the iron also didn’t steam at all regardless of the setting and water levels

This hotel promotes itself as 5-star but our stay was far from it. It’s sad as the location, proximity to town, views, and physical hotel itself are great. However we experienced several issues and inconsistencies with housekeeping - no toilet paper, no fresh towels, floors not wiped over in bathroom, no replacement of drinking water - and had housekeeping staff arguing with us about their “rules”. Bar is great but they need more staff - service exceptionally slow.

Lovely staff, gorgeous room, perfect location.

Absolute bliss! We loved our room, especially the heated bathroom floor! The location was perfect to walk to everything in town! The staff was helpful and made it easy to check in and out! We loved this hotel!

Room was in good condition but when room was serviced sometimes bed was not made or towels not replaced and floor was never vacuumed and coffee pods never replaced , so that's a few things we found a bit disappointing
