The location was excellent being walking distance to main downtown areas. However, the room was not as clean as we had hoped for. We found a beanie under the couch, there were moth balls on the ceilings, and our heater wasn’t working the first night. Overall, customer service was good but we were just a bit disappointed in the overall cleanliness.

Great place to stay in Queenstown. Quiet, with a lovely view of water and mountains, great bed, spacious lounge/dining room, very functional kitchen and nice bathroom. Would stay there again.

Great hotel, the views are amazing. The hotel has a hunting lodge feel about it with dark lighting and coloring. The bar restaurant area is good and the staff attentive. Would recommend, but get your walking shoes on for the hill when walking back from shopping in town.
