An absolute 10/10 stay in Queenstown—we loved every single bit of it. The location was fantastic with breathtaking mountain views, yet peaceful and easy to reach town from. The room was spotless, warm, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. A huge thank you to the wonderful hosts for their warm Kiwi hospitality. From accomodating our late checkin to the exceptionally clean, spacious, and cozy rooms, A gem of a motel that delivers genuine comfort and excellent value for money—we wouldn't hesitate to book here again!

Hotel is ok, abit dated. Location good. The cleaning of the rooms was dreadful, didn’t dust anywhere, left dirty cups in the room, left rubbish in the room and only hoovered where they didn’t need to move furniture.
Breakfast was good. Staff pretty good.

Staff is friendly. Room is so spacious but it’s dark, not enough light. The hotel is on the hill so if someone has the knee problem then this is not the good hotel to stay. Other than that, the hotel is nice and is walkable to shops and restaurants, specifically the Fergburger, Fergbaker and gelato.

Absolutely loved the breakfast daily, fresh food, great variety and the staff were all so lovely and helpful. Rooms were cleaned well and beds made daily with fresh towels.
Great location by the lake.
