Eastern Suburbs Ski Holidays

Upon arrival we had to request a second set of towels and wifi needed to be fixed. The staff were friendly. We didn’t do laundry as it was quite expensive.

we stayed twice total of 7 nights in the hotel. Kit at the check-in desk is really knowledgeable and helpful. He showed us where to park with lots of details. When we got back after parking he already send our luggage to our room. Since we checked in around 8pm, way passed the afternoon wine time, he told us we could come to bar anytime that night and he would help us with the wine. He made our stay easy and felt been taken care of, thank you Kit!

Good location, handy to many restaurants and public transportation.

Check-in process was atrocious... notified in advance about my time of arrival and was informed I'd be met at the office. Upon arrival, the office was shut (no one stated this before) and I was told I'd been messaged on What's app. As an international traveller not using data roaming, this didn't come through... Finally made it to the apartment - the internet needed (you guessed) mobile data to view the passcode (?!?) and instructions for aircon were for a different apartment. Very frustrating that this info couldn't have been provided in advance Also, gym access is only for residents as an induction is needed... again not as advertised Pool area is nice though and apartment had great views over the river

Great location and every staff member was kind and helpful. We booked a 2 bedroom apartment as we have a toddler who is just learning to walk and it was the perfect space for her to walk around and explore. The lolly buffet was appreciated at the end of the day when walking the city. I will stay here when visiting Melbourne in future.

Beautiful staff, beautiful building and beautiful rooms. The comfiest bed I’ve ever slept in at a motel. Room service coffee in the morning was brilliant 10/10 LOVED

The room was clean and staff were lovely. We had 3 nights and overall a good experience, disappointing was no black out curtains and a spotlight in the grounds meant our room was light all night. Buffet breakfast was good but with a full hotel did not keep up with demand. Would stay again if needing to be near the zoo and mansion.
