Good location,,big room with 2 queen beds, bathroom is big too plus a small kitchen inside. But some small parts are not in good shape.

There was absolutely no staff Visibility to help with luggage we had to lug our own luggage to our rooms which is unheard of / previous owners had bell staff to take your luggage from the car - foyer areas are very run down - whole hotel needs a revamp as it’s looking very stayed - it is such a shame as we have been here many times under the old owners and loved it every time - this time we have been left wanting - even the rooftop bar was empty which tells you something - this used to ALwAyS be pumping …. Do better to stay competitive

Noisy rooms, with the noise of the pub getting into our room. Double glazing would help -- I expected more, given the tariff I paid. Note that you're coming here purely for the location. The hotel is nice, but it's not a bargain, nor even good value.

The toilet created terible noise in the bedroom when using.

Beautifully redecorated rooms, with plenty of space for families and stunning views of the water. Restaurants and bars really well appointed, and centrally located for a staycay that feels beachy whilst easy access to the city. The bar is quite noisy on fri/sat as filters into the beachfront rooms, generally OK but harder when travelling with kids. Some fabulous staff and a few less so, hence the 4/5 for that.

Perfect location for exploring Sydney. Nice design and good size room. Staff are very friendly. Decent cafe on premise and within easy access of nearby restaurants and bars. Really enjoyed my stay.

Really impressed with Ace Hotel Sydney. They’ve done a great job capturing that New York feel and bringing it into Sydney without it feeling forced. The location is a big win, right in a cool, lively part of the city with easy access to everything you’d want. Makes it a great base whether you’re here for work or a weekend. Rooms are well designed and stylish, though a little on the smaller side. That said, the bed was seriously comfortable, which more than makes up for it after a long day. Didn’t get a chance to try Kiln, which was a bit of a shame as I’ve heard great things, but gives me a reason to come back. What really stood out was the team, genuinely friendly, helpful, and made the whole stay feel easy. Would definitely stay again.

The check-in instructions were clear and concise, and the responses were prompt. The house was lovely, and the location was excellent, making it convenient to get to all the attractions. We were very satisfied.
