We booked via Expedia and the email confirmation stated payment to be done at the property, however about 3 days before our check-in, someone called to ask for payment by providing a paylink. Citing the booking wasn’t confirmed until payment is made. I was a bit hesitant at first but the caller explained that it was due to peak season and they want to confirm the reservation. Check-in was easy and staff are very friendly. We stayed in a 2BR apartment and the room is clean and has the needed amenities in the kitchen. The air conditioning and TV works well.

Paid parking is limited especially at night so we had to park in non designated parking spot
Buffet breakfast is not worth the discounted rate as there is very limited selection and the sausages and bacon were a bit dry. They offered eggs your way FOC but barista coffee was charged to room. Would be cheaper to order food from the ala carte menu with wide selection.
Room service is prompt.

Hotel was clean and staff friendly and efficient. How ever it seems that this Hotel is the same as must Hotels in Australia, cooked Breakfast my be cooked but it is only like warm. Pityy as the food would be good
