The resort layout is very good

beautiful resort with a lot of things to do and enjoy during your stay. Room was clean and they came into our room to make our beds every single morning. Excellent staff that always made us feel like we were home. I would stay with excellence again! 10/10 experience.

Room was great! Facilities were great! Staff was the biggest disappointment of my whole stay. Food was okay but no options for less sugars. Licor was not top brands Entertainment groups were poor not a lot of activities and the staff in some activities i even found them disrespectful.

The staff was amazing. Always smiling and friendly and offering to help you. Very nice relaxed Hotel.

What stood out the most was the sheer size and amount of amenities the hotel was. Spent 3 nights here, and I felt we were not able to explore the entirety of the hotel and do all of the activities they have to offer. I will say that many amenities and restaurants do have additional costs, which is kind of disappointing.

Room is clean everyday. Antonio, my concierge, is professional and kindness. Service is perfect.
