10/10 Exceptional! (11 reviews)
The apt is very clean and new. The location of the property is centric to Disney parks; we Uber everywhere, between 10-18 minutes to the attractions.
There is a shopping center with Marshalls, Keke’s diner; Sports shops, Other chain restaurants like Texas Steak Road or The Olive Garden in the same area.
We did not use the pool or the gym, but there is also a nice, clean outdoor area with grills, tables, pool etc.
The only complain is the address in our reservation was main to the Leasing Office and we spent some time trying to figure out where was our apt, due building was not specified in the confirmation. We call the phone number for the host and he was very friendly and explained us how to get to the right unit.

★★★☆☆ — 3/5 Stars | Disappointing Experience Despite Excellent Staff
My overall experience at the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress in Orlando was underwhelming. While the hotel staff was exceptionally pleasant, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay, the property itself fell short of expectations.
The hotel was decent in appearance, and the rooms were relatively modern. Unfortunately, that is where the positives ended. The cleanliness of our room, particularly the bathroom, was disappointing. Cleanliness should be a fundamental standard at any hotel, especially one positioned as an upscale resort.
The on-site dining was another significant disappointment. The food was consistently poor, and the Starbucks location was equally underwhelming. It did not deliver the quality or experience I would expect from an actual Starbucks, and the beverages were terrible.
Beyond the complimentary shuttle service to Disney parks, which notably did not extend to Universal Orlando, I struggled to identify any meaningful amenities, perks, or benefits that enhanced our stay or justified the resort experience.
Ultimately, the staff was the highlight of our visit and deserves recognition for their professionalism and hospitality. However, excellent customer service cannot compensate for inadequate cleanliness, poor dining options, and a lack of worthwhile amenities.
I would rate this property three stars, primarily because of the staff. Unfortunately, the overall experience was subpar.
