Great Hotel but not much amenties in the area

The bathroom door would not secure on its own, we had to place the trash bin aginst it to keep it closed. The shower had writing on the glass as if it was not cleaned from the prior guests. There was also water in the kettle from the previous guests.

Right location with view and within walking distance. Practical room layout. Despite our 12 hour flight delay, the staff have been accommodating and understand our need, helpful spa staff in taking me to the hydrotherapy, which is a plus facility

Staff were very helpful. Always greeted you with a smile. Room was excellent, clean with a very comfortable bed. The Buffet breakfast was the best with so many choices. Would definitely stay again.

When we booked the hotel we made sure there was 2 Queen beds and a sofa bed as there was 3 people staying. The first night after check in and getting back to the hotel we realised the sofa did not fold out into a bed. We alerted the 24/7 check in desk and they were quick to resolve the issue in the middle of the night. Overall it’s a nice hotel, it’s quiet, not too far of a walk from the sky tower and other attractions. The hotel had its own private car park, gym, smoke room and restaurant. Everything was clean and tidy. For a budget friendly stay I recommend Auckland City Hotel

Helpful staff, easy check in. The room was stunning. Clean and absolutely beautiful. Lovely details everywhere. Will be back.

Excellent location for the city rooms were freshly decorated. Bed was really comfy. Staff for friendly excellent value.
