Nice clean tidy room , good customer service

Nice rooms and great location

Our room aircon was broken. Four trip to the lobby, on mtc tech visit and eight hours later we were shifted to another room close to midnight. To their credit the staff and duty manager did apologize and comp a free breakfast for tge family but it ruined a perfectly good day in auckland. Location is great and rooms and amenities are on par wuth a premium hotel but I regret to say my experience on the first day was dismal. The classiest solution offered was that I should settle for a fan and it takes more than 8 hours for a room that’s 33 sq m to cool a half a degree centigrade. To her credit Rhea at the fromt desk and Caleb at the concierge desk did their best to salvage tge trainwreck of a stay but they can certainly do better

Did not request accessible room….got one! Strange bathroom, Gym facilities very sub-par

The room was fine, however our kitchen bowls and plates etc where not replenished day which says disappointing given our was a self catering room.

Great hotel right in the heart of Auckland. Was comfortable and convenient.

Very good and nice.

Friendly, helpful staff. Clean room equipped with all you need for a short stay Efficient shuttle service . It’s the 3rd time we’ve stayed and we will be staying there again early in the New Year
