"Well appointed unit for the price. Very clean and pleasant feel to the whole place. Quiet and dedicated parking right outside room. The bed was a little uncomfortable...bit too firm but linens spotless and good quality. "

"Beware, water pressure was very poor and temperature was lukewarm. It made a difference for 3 adults trying to shower at 5.30am. There is no insulation and the railway is nearby. It felt like we were sleeping in a tent next to the train tracks, so not good for light sleepers. Comi g fro. Someone who lives next to an airport. Location was great if you're attending events at Turangawaewae marae or Hopuhopu but it's not worth 310 a night that I paid. Won't be doing that again, particularly with the insulation and water issues. 150 - 200 a night would be fair for what you're getting."

"After a very long drive, the peace & quiet of Manor Views was very much appreciated. Our room had a deck with outdoor furniture & long distance views over the lakes & hills. We were greeted on arrival & shown to our room by our host who gave us a run through of the room & secuity. The room was clean & cosy with everything we needed including a very comfy bed. No hesitation recommending Manor Views to any travellers. Thanks to our friendly hosts. "

"Our little family loved our stay at port waikato holiday park. Our motel cabin was roomy, very clean and had everything we needed for the night. We will definitley be back in the summer. "
