Overall we had an excellent experience at Hotel Chinzanso, which was our first time in Tokyo and in Japan. We found the staff extremely professional, friendly, and helpful. The location is a bit off the beaten path but for us that is a bonus, and travel was easy on the Metro and rail lines. The setting of the garden is especially pleasant, and an oasis from the bustle of a densely populated city.

Staff were extremely helpful regarding check in and out, room was very clean and spacious. Overall value for money was very good.

Staff were very friendly. Room size was great. Loved having a water station in the hotel as well as they have the option of water bottles. Walkable to the train stations. Lots of dining around the area and some shopping as well. The sake bar upstairs was fantastic!

We returned from Hiroshima to Tokyo for our last night in Japan, and this was a great choice because our initial stay had been in a different location which was residential (Hotel Chinzanso which was also excellent). We left our luggage at 1 pm, went for lunch and to pick up previously ordered items, returned to check in around 6 pm and were offered a free upgrade to a suite which was amazing. And the food/drink in the lounge on 45th floor was so good and plentiful we did not need to go out for dinner. Followed by a final drink in the other lounge. Great way to end the Japan trip.

Best hotel we stayed at in Japan , the amenities were exceptional. Enjoyed the bath house daily.

Great location, very clean and accommodating staff. Check in and check out were very smooth. Would definitely revisit.
