This was a very expensive stay for what it is. In fact the price went up €30 whilst I was booking. The room was basic, the bathroom smelled and the two small windows were high up, making the room rather dark. The advantage is the location.

The hotel was located in a beautiful area close to the cathedral. Within walking distance of both of the city squares. The staff were amazing. Helpful and kind. Their breakfast is amazing and the atmosphere is stunning!

Where do I start? I would give this hotel a "10" if it were an option. This hotel makes my "short list" of places I would stay at again in less than a heartbeat. The hotel is in the heart of center-city Brugge, easy to find, parking was on the street, but still easy to find. Althea was the sweetest preson to meet upon check-in (by far the easiest check-in EVER!!!!). George theBear in his little terry robe waiting on the bed was such a heart-warming touch! Room was not large, but it was perfectly fine for our needs. AC was amazing!!!!!! The mattress????? Awesome-ness to sleep upon. The breakfast? Beautiful bone china settings awaited you in the breakfast room, it was a small buffet with homemade goodness and MIMOSAS!!!!! We will be back..........

I found the property not to be suitable for a senior . The shower is in the tub and the faucet is in the middle of the tub so it's awkward. The sink has the shelf so low that you can knock your head into it. There was stairs to get to my room but no hand rail. But on the positive the staff was excellent , helpful and pleasant. We liked the complementary chocolates and cookies. It was very thoughtful.

Very well kept, the staff was very helpful. We loved the food. We could tell their main concern was the guests. Their wasn’t anything negative about our stay.

This hotel offers you everything- luxury, elegance, sense of being home, great food and central location. The staff if kind and professional. It is a gem and I highly recommend it to others.

Amazing hotel. We had a lovely first floor corner room with direct views of the canal. Gorgeous window on two sides opened fully for wonderful evening breezes. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The staff was lovely and always willing to answer questions. I would stay here over and over again!!!

The included breakfast was advertised as continental, but there was also bacon, scrambled egg and sausage available every day too (stayed a week). Pity there was no tea or coffee in the rooms, but we were aware of that, so took our own travel kettle. The staff were very helpful and polite, and the room was clean with the most comfy beds. Located on the main market square in Bruges, it couldn't be more central. We were in room 2 at the back of the hotel so heard absolutely no noise from the surrounding area. Parking is at de Beikopf to the rear of the hotel. It's covered public parking with a daily charge of 17 Euros (May 2026). Getting to it wasn't too bad, but you really must research the one-way street system before you arrive.....and again for your route out of town.
