The hotel was good overall, but it needs renovation as it feels quite old. Also, the TV in the room was broken. With some updates and better maintenance, the overall experience would be much better.

I am regular customers for this hotel. This hotel is the only hotel I stay in last 30 years and it is time to upgrade your toilet to equip with bidet even the manual one is better than none. There are a lot of hotels in Singapore, even the cheaper hotels have bidets. Nowadays, this is essential for everyone.I hope this will help Carlton hotel to stay competitive in Singapore.

An excellent and wonderful hotel! This was my second stay, and it will definitely be my top choice whenever I return to Singapore. However, I couldn't give a full 5-star rating due to two minor issues. First, despite letting them know in advance that we would be arriving early, one of our two rooms wasn't ready at check-in time (3:00 PM), and we didn't receive it until around 4:30 PM. Second, the pillows provided are only available in a standard size and softness. While the firmness happened to be perfect for me, they weren't suitable for my wife. We requested an alternative, and while the staff were very cooperative and provided another one, it still didn't work out. The hotel would benefit greatly from offering a pillow menu with different options.

Stayed in a Palladian Suite which was amazing. The room was spacious and very clean. The room gave access to the Straits Club, Liyana the manager went above and beyond to ensure the stay was fantastic. Breakfast at Town Restaurant had lots of options to choose from.
