Staff were friendly and spoke English but very tiny room, horrible pillows, terrible location if you’re expecting clean, calm. Too much prostitution, brothels, drug dealers, crowded and dirty.

The hotel is very fine. From the immaculate and comfortable rooms, to the very attentive and polite staff, delicious, fresh breakfast, and excellent coffee in the morning, the Prince Park Tower Tokyo met my expectations for and elegant hotel stay. I highly recommend it.

The hotel lobby was great but in the hall for rooms the walls are bad maintenance and the room close to us eas cleaning and the personal from hotel put the all things for the room toilet paper and all items clise an our dood and smell a lot clorox
