The staff was helpful, so very kind and welcoming! The hotel is in a nice location, the breakfast had a nice variety and was delicious! We will return to this hotel again!

The hotel is a little distance from Patong Beach (although the hotel provides a shuttle bus). The hotel does not have its own beach. The hotel is beside a highway, and there are only a few restaurants nearby. It sounds as if this is not the best holiday hotel choice,right? But you just need to check in.Then you will find that this is a surprisingly good hotel.Because the hotel is located on the hillside, the sea view is very spectacular. The staff are all friendly and always have a smile.With a person with limited mobility the front desk team Joe Sordy and LOH took extra care of us. And lovely Ms.Noodang at breakfast restaurant was so kind to us.She not only explained everything in detail. And make sure our table is clean and the cups are full.She also took the initiative to recommend us and sent us the special dessert of the day. Then let's talk about the breakfast.Hotels in Thailand have never short of a good breakfast.But the breakfast at Kalima is unbelievable.Whether it is the variety or the quality of food.For example you may find bubble breakfast in many hotels.But Kalima take it to an other level.You can even make your own highball here.Such a good breakfast plus a good view what else could you ask for a holiday?

This place was great. Staff was professional and kind. Food tasted fresh/delicious especially at breakfast - great selection. Location: can be a pro and con depending on what you are looking for. We wanted closer access to the beach - not. Getting Grab or taxi was hard- choosing the cheapest price did not work on Grab. Premium provided us with a taxi. If you are planning on staying on site for your entire trip, this is a great spot. If you are not planning on doing this, not so much. Phuket traffic and distance from the beach (over 40 mins) was a hassle and draining. I would stay closer to attraction.

Great common breakfast but the floating breakfast service fell through. We ordered it at 7pm the previous day for 10am. We called 3 times between 10:10 and 10:45am asking about the breakfast. At the end they told us we never ordered it, so we cancelled it. Disappointed in the operations, but otherwise would have come back

The gym 1. No towels available in the morning if the 15.th 2. The treadmill needs service. One of has the button to reduce speed faulty. The others need service Breakfast 1. Probably not suited for weatern people. E.g the bacon was something I have never seen or tasted . Not great. 2. The pastry was old or not baked in the early morning. This is so easy to fix and would add calue to your venue. 3. Cold duck was not welcomed 4. The ham and salami probably my expectation was for a better quality/ type. 5.
