I booked this property as a Expedia Gold member for the VIP room upgrade. I was advised there is no rooms available to upgrade, however a quick search online showed they had 3 rooms available! Very shifty and money hungry. They should not join the Expedia VIP program if they have no intention of participating. I wouldn’t of booked this hotel had I known I won’t be afforded my benefits.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Amazing views from Junior Suite. Beautiful food and cocktails. Close to beach and shops. Would highly recommend staying here. An overall wonderful experience for my first time in Phuket. Thank you!
