We really enjoyed the hotel. Staff was great and the kids loved the pool. Location is great - easy to walk to a lot of sites around the hotel.

The staff were welcoming and always ready to assist. They even provided us with a packed breakfast for an early excursion and a snack for an early ride to the airport. The room and hotel was well kept and they had a great breakfast both hot and cold. The hotel was close to a major park, good for a walk or run. And we were walking distance from restaurants and bars. Highly recommended for a stay in Santiago.

Beautiful hotel in a wonderful area of Santiago. Full of charm and character. The service is first rate and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is spacious and very comfortable. I would happily stay there again.

"Great location and hotel, the breakfast was fantastic each morning and the back patio area was calming and filled with plants. I would definitely recommend this hotel, the held out bags for us on our last day before the flight and let us use their courtyard and bathroom throughout the day."
